Capricorn Coast September Produce Swap Date TBA

Bring the family along, yes guys there are other men here too and swings for the kids.

LOCATION
Yeppoon. It is at Merve Anderson Park (Fig Tree Creek, Ross River Creek – take your pick) Yeppoon, on the front where the information centre is at the big round about. We arrive 9.30am for a chance to chat with others and then a it’s swap time 10,00am. Some people like to catch up after the swap but usually all over for 10.30am. Please see map for location.

WHAT TO BRING
This is a group created primarily to ‘swap’ excess produce and garden materials that you may have eg, vegetables, fruit, plants, herb bunches, livestock(we mean anything), glass jars, seeds, seedlings, flower bunches, jams, pickles, newspapers, books, mags etc. Recipes, Jams, Pickles, Cakes and Bread must all have ingredients tags inline with Safe Food regulations.

HOW IT’S DONE
We place all goodies on one big table(sometimes 2). So be prepared for whatever you bring to go. We all chat about who’s brought what and if there is anything special about it. Once 10am comes, you should have been able to see what’s on the table and what you would like to take home with you (within reason).
No chat about money transactions and no money to be exchanged on the day. Phone numbers can be exchanged for those transactions to take place away from the swap.
